Last Respite belongs to Archwitch Fina. The other Fina’s personal quest is Shimmering Reflections. Their recruitment and personal rewards are separate entries for completion planning.
When should you check Grandshelt?
Return after the Mysidia main-story events. Source chapter labels differ: the party reference lists chapter 5, while the quest walkthrough says to finish chapter 5. Check after that story sequence rather than treating the first arrival in Mysidia as proof that the marker must be present.
Why is the tour objective unfinished?
The city tour has two marked visits. Complete both before moving to the castle garrison. Then speak to the king and return to the airship deck for the closing conversation.
If one tour scene has played but the log still names Grandshelt, check the second city marker. If it names the deck, the remaining task is aboard the Enterprise, not another circuit of the capital.
Reward and cleanup
Last Respite gives a Moonlight Ring and an attribute bonus for Archwitch Fina. Finish the deck conversation and check the log before counting this quest toward Conscience Renewed.
Completing the quest does not complete Fina’s Shimmering Reflections. For the all-substories objective, use the character directory and verify each character’s own quest separately.

Complete both marked visits in the city, including the Colosseum area.

Continue inside the castle to its marked objective.
