When can you start The Admirable Apprentice?

Speak to Ayaka in the Town of Sian after the chapter-7 main objective sends you to Mt. Reizan. The documented trigger is receiving that objective; the route does not require treating the entire mountain as already completed.

Ayaka’s quest visits three ley lines and ends back in Sian. The reward is the Ayaka Medic Vision and Magicite Cryst.

Which ley lines do you visit?

Follow the quest’s order: Waterfall Way in Olderion, Infernal Hollow in Zoldaad, then Mt. Thunderclap in Dirnado. The route diagram keeps the return to Sian as a separate final step.

At each destination, reach the marked objective and finish its sequence before moving to the next region. An unlocked fast-travel location by itself is not the ley-line interaction.

How do you enter Infernal Hollow?

Take the airship over the fire vortex beside Zoldaad’s volcano and interact to enter. Continue to the marked objective inside and complete the resulting battle. The relevant destination is Infernal Hollow, so use the quest log to confirm that you have advanced the right stage.

If you have arrived at the volcano by a different route, return to the airship and check the vortex interaction rather than searching the coastline for a walking entrance.

Where do you receive Ayaka?

After Mt. Thunderclap’s objective, return to Ayaka in Sian. Confirm the Vision reward in the concluding conversation. The third ley line is followed by this hand-in.

Ayaka belongs to the Medic role in the Vision directory. Acquiring her does not instantly prove that every healing command you want is available: inspect her current awakening, the equipping character’s command list and AP before changing a working recovery setup.

On the Mt. Reizan story route, also check the Resonance Stone radar upgrade. It is a separate chest objective and not Ayaka’s quest reward.
