What is Elfdrit weak to?

Use Fire or Light; Dark is resisted. This is the Gronoa Shrine encounter after Lux. The references also mention an earlier Elfried story appearance around Research Center, which should not be confused with this required shrine boss.

Rain and Fina can supply useful elements when their commands are available. Keep an actual healing action ready instead of placing every relevant character on uninterrupted damage duty.

What does Recuperate restore?

The dedicated encounter reference identifies Recuperate as a Stagger-gauge recovery action. It is not simply a cue to increase HP damage while ignoring the gauge. Letting that action resolve can undo the pressure you built toward the next break.

When the warning appears, compare the remaining gauge with your effective Fire or Light commands. A reachable Stagger can interrupt the refill; if it is not reachable, reassess the new gauge after the action instead of following the old damage queue.

Keep ailment recovery working

Elfdrit can inflict Poison, Sleep, Paralysis and Silence. Those affect different parts of your plan: an awake but silenced caster and a sleeping healer do not require the same cure.

Review prevention and recovery before entering. Fina’s Light Veil is a useful option when available, but it does not replace checking which protection is currently active. If the healer cannot act, have another ally able to use the appropriate item.

After Gravity pressure, restore enough HP for the next threatening action. Do not assume an HP reduction also removed the ailments already affecting the party.

Continue to Sanctissimus

After the victory and remaining Gronoa Shrine scenes, follow the eastward route to Sanctissimus Shrine. Prepare both physical and magical options for its six trials; a Fire/Light-only plan does not solve every stele. The chapter-6 walkthrough keeps the White Jade Stone, Holy and shrine objectives in order.
